Our initial meeting for a solar roof fan installation estimate was with Tommy. We felt he was honest and upfront regarding our options and potential outcome in terms of cooling our attic down. No sales pitch, which we appreciated. The install went well and we are noticing some difference in the temperature of the attic along with better airflow overall. The installers worked professionally and got the job done in a few hours. It was a pleasure to work with Valley Roofing add Restoration we would recommend them to others.

Valley did a new roof for us. They kept in contact throughout the whole process. There were no surprises. The dumpster arrived the day before, the crew came the day after and completed the job, start to finish. They were clean, professional and organized. I have multiple gardens around my home, all were left safe and sound. Two days later the dumpster was gone. We are extremely happy with this company and the wonderful job they did. We had valley roofing and restoration install our new roof. They were absolutely excellent, from talking with Michelle in the office. To meeting Tom when he came out to look at the roof and scale of work. He was very upfront about everything and answered all my questions I had. They offer a great product with certainteed and comes with an amazing warranty. The crew was excellent they showed up exactly on time, as well as the materials showing up exactly at the same time they were very polite and took their time to inspect the plywood underneath and fix any issues they found. They also did an amazing job on cleaning up the entire yard and driveway. They even took the time to pick through the garden beds and flowers to make sure they didn’t leave any trash behind. Everyone at valley roofing made the entire process painless and easy. I would strongly recommend them if your in the market for a new roof.

Valley Roofing is a great company to deal with all round. My first experience was my garage 2 years ago. Reasonable and fast . 1 day that's it.now forward to now needed the house done. Got a couple estimates, that were highest to lower. The big deal breaker was they might be able to match my roof on the garage. Wrong answer. Called Valley Roofing and Restoration. Whith in a month or so they gave me a date depending on weather. Oh I had saved some shingles to do my wishing well myself. Without a word they had it done in no time. Much appreciated and very happy supporting a family owned business.

Entire roof finished in one day. Included a membrane roof over my back porch that other roofers would not do. They also replaced some rotting trim board and a few sheets of plywood that had water damage. Looks great and would recommend them.

I bought a really old house with a caved-in garage roof. Tommy was so helpful and they had to do the project while I was still out of town, causing a bit of anxiety on my part. Their office manager Michelle kept me informed along the way and the finished roof is beautiful. Wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend them. They had to add new vents, etc, and I had to use a mix of shingles and flat roll roofing on the garage.

The 9 person crew showed up on the date promised and worked tirelessly for 12.5 hours to remove the old roof, replaced some plywood panels, and install the new roof. They did a great job protecting my trees, bushes and deck. Clean up was great as well. Very professional company and I highly recommend. When the owner came out to look at the old roof for the purpose of giving an estimate, it was apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable. Price was good, too. Highly recommend!

Editing my review (in May 2026) because it was time to have my own roof replaced. Valley was my first call. A few years have passed since I worked with them on my Mother's home, but nothing has changed. Still the excellent five star experience! It was time to replace the roof on my mother's newly purchased 30 year old home, being proactive. We had several estimates but Tom took the most time with us and explained everything without the fancy video sales pitch. He has many years of experience good and bad and truly cares. The crew was professional and arrived as scheduled and finished in one day. I am not into construction or roofing but I look at the details and can tell that the job was done with care ensuing the roof will last. Little things like corners and dormer joints looked excellent. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up well. Highly recommended. Tom responds and communicates well and promptly

What a wonderful experience. From start to finish professionalism across the board. They came out, provided options for our roof (20+ years old) gave us estimates for repair and replacement, answered our questions and boom in a few weeks we now have a new roof! Replaced the roof in one day (smaller home), no trash, no issues. My wife and myself could not be happier with this service.

Knowlegble , answered all my questions and some I didn't think of. Tom made me feel very comfortable having to do my roof and it all played out as he said. Michelle made calls to Infor me of start date and gave me a few references for other trade work I am interested in doing . All around very nice people to work with the only downside is I won't need another roof.

I don't normally gush about businesses, but when I get service and quality like I got with Valley Roofing, I make an exception. There's a bit of a backstory with this roofing project... Last year, in the autumn of 2024, I had someone come by from another roofing company. (I'll leave the name out because they've already been reviewed by me, and it wasn't pretty.) This guy arrived at my house at 6:30pm on a weeknight, and he had a presentation so big it barely fit on our 6-seat dining room table. It was nice, but a bit of overkill. But after 90 minutes...NINETY MINUTES...it was time for this guy to get to a bottom line, and when he did, I simply laughed. He boldly told me that they could do my rook (about a 30 square roof in size) for $69,000. However, if I acted TODAY, that cost would drop to $41,000. I'm a pastor. I have a LOT of people in my home in a given year, and in all my time in ministry, I have NEVER thrown a single person out of my home. However, for this guy, I gladly made an exception. Yet, even in spite of my requests for him to leave ("OK, you can't do $41,000...what can you do?") as it took me threatening to take his stuff and dump it in my trash for him to get the picture...I literally had to pick up one of his display boards and start walking outside with it. This was even after my wife told the guy that she had to put our kids to bed and asked him to leave as well. It was, in a word, an AWFUL experience. Shocked by that drama, we decided to wait through the winter, while I shopped around looking for someone who had decent reviews. That's when I came across Valley. Actually, it was a I previous review from someone up in Ludlow who had a similar experience to mine, and I reached out asking why they went with Valley. When Tom Morin came to my house in the late spring, it was like a breath of fresh air. We chatted about the roof, and I told him what I was looking for. But our conversation was also about life stuff, and I realized that I had found someone who was trying to make an honest living, who loves his family, and his work. It was a positive experience (and he didn't even need a display board! Hahaha!) Even better, the price I got for this work was the price that was quoted, and it was less than HALF of what the other company was scamming me for. What's more, Tom threw me a veteran's discount, which was very appreciated. Yesterday, we had the roof done. The crew that came were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They arrived at 7am and stayed all the way to 8:30pm, getting a 30 square roof done in JUST ONE DAY!!! The guys and gals working on the project were kind (there was something of a language barrier, but my minimal knowledge of spanish was helpful!), and the clean-up looks like nobody was even here! Luis, the onsite foreman for the job, made sure that the work was done well and that things moved along throughout the day smoothly. He even came back this morning to check for any remaining things on the property, and brought the magnetic nail pick-up box just to be sure (as it was getting dark about the time they left). This was, from estimate to completion, one of the best experiences I've had with ANY company. Not only was Tom and Luis awesome, but Michelle, Tom's wife, was amazing. Her correspondences were timely (even though mine weren't), she was professional, and she genuinely cared about the experience we were having with them. I'm grateful to her as well! You can go with other roofing companies around here who might do a good job. As far as I'm concerned, however, there's only one company I'm going to use or recommend in the future, and that's Valley Roofing and Restoration.

We got several different quotes and were so happy to finally talk to someone who both wasn't some kind of smooth talking salesman pushing us to signup today for the best price (cough, nextgen among others) but also had such a clear work history and positive reviews. The price was fair and less than the salesman focused companies. I could not have been more impressed with the crew who worked from 7am to 8pm and got the whole roof done. They worked efficiently, like a well oiled machine. Special shout out to the woman who cleaned up debris for all those hours! They also did a great job replacing our 4 skylights. I highly recommend this company and their incredible crew.

I’ll start by saying you should read all the glowing reviews that others have left and you should believe them. Valley Roofing & Restoration is as exceptional as every reviewer says they are. Tom and Michelle are a great team. There was no sales pitch, just an honest appraisal and estimate of the job at a very fair price. Despite the rainy spring weather, the job - new house and garage roofs - was completed earlier than we expected and with minimal disruption. The work crew was efficient and skilled. Our extensive flower beds were protected and the cleanup after the roof install was thorough. The roofs look great! I think it’s important to end by saying that it was pleasure communicating with Tom and Michelle. One Sunday afternoon I sent Michelle a text thinking I’d get a response on Monday morning. I got it 15 minutes later. Obviously, I can’t promise you they’re always that prompt, but we were never left to wonder if our communications had been received and read. They’re great people to work with.

This company did a great job with replacing my roof and new gutters too! No complaints here. The estimate was very reasonably priced…ended up being a bit more than expected (which owner had forewarned me could happen in advance) because the plywood underneath my roof was old and rotted out. That wasn’t Valley Roofing’s fault though..I appreciated their honesty. They got it done in the time they said they would. It was a pretty hassle free process with a professional invoice in the end. I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am to have found Valley Roofing and Restoration. I was having some cracking and water spots on one part of my ceiling and wasn’t sure what the issue was since my roof is only 10 years old. Tom came to my house and almost immediately recognized the issue as condensation from lack of roof ventilation. A month later I had his crew out to do a partial roof replacement on the one section of roof, which included replacing the plywood under the shingles as well as adding venting. When they first took the shingles off, the plywood underneath was still wet from the condensation! I can’t imagine how much worse it could’ve gotten if I ignored the issue. The new roof looks great and the shingles look pretty much identical to the already existing ones on the rest of the roof. The crew also did a phenomenal job cleaning up afterward! From scheduling with Michelle (who’s such a gem, thank you for all your help!) to consulting with Tom to seeing the crew’s work, you won’t be able to find a better roofing company. Definitely give them a call, you won’t regret it!
